Thank you for shopping with Mesa Dreams! Every piece is handcrafted with care in our Neenah, Wisconsin studio. Please review our shipping practices and policies below before placing your order.

Don’t see your country on the list? If you are located outside of these areas and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at MesaDreamsLeather@gmail.com and we can let you know if we are able to accommodate shipping to your location.
Order Processing & Production Times
Because our hand-tooled items—such as our custom guitar straps, radio straps, and camera straps—are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your item ships. Some larger items, like The Great Pumpkin bag may take longer, we will send you an order confirmation email that gives you a specific ship-by date for your order. If you would like to know the current turnaround time before placing an order, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to give you more info.
Ready-to-ship items will typically be dispatched within the next business day.
Please note: Production time is separate from the shipping transit times listed at checkout.
International Shipping, Customs, and Import Taxes
For our international customers in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Japan, please be aware that your order will be shipping from the United States.
Buyers are fully responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or VAT that may apply upon delivery in your respective country. We cannot predict what these charges may be, as they are dictated by your local customs office. Mesa Dreams is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mesa Dreams has no control over its transit route or delivery timeline. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or stolen after delivery. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately. If the item has not yet shipped, we can update it. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
